Each mod­el is designed to suit spe­cif­ic instal­la­tion require­ments — from immer­sion and thread­ed sen­sors to air and sur­face-mount­ed designs. All sen­sors can be sup­plied with a choice of Pt100 or Pt1000 ele­ments, wiring con­fig­u­ra­tions, and option­al Ex approvals, ensur­ing depend­able per­for­mance across tem­per­a­tures from –196°C to +650°C.

RTD Sensor with Connection Head

A gen­er­al-pur­pose RTD sen­sor with a robust con­nec­tion head, designed for reli­able tem­per­a­ture mea­sure­ment in indus­tri­al envi­ron­ments. The sen­sor can be con­fig­ured with trans­mit­ters, indi­ca­tors, or ter­mi­nal blocks, mak­ing it suit­able for a wide range of appli­ca­tions where flex­i­bil­i­ty and dura­bil­i­ty are required.

RTD Sensor with Connection Head & Thread

This RTD sen­sor com­bines a robust con­nec­tion head with an inte­gral process thread for secure and repeat­able instal­la­tion. It is ide­al for direct mount­ing into pipework or ves­sels and can be sup­plied with a wide range of thread types and out­put con­fig­u­ra­tions to suit dif­fer­ent process requirements.

RTD Sensor with Integral Extension & Thread

An RTD sen­sor with an inte­gral exten­sion and process thread, designed to improve heat dis­si­pa­tion and pro­vide eas­i­er access to the con­nec­tion head. This con­struc­tion makes it par­tic­u­lar­ly suit­able for high­er tem­per­a­ture appli­ca­tions or instal­la­tions where the elec­tron­ics need to be posi­tioned away from the process.

RTD Spring Loaded Sensor with Connection Head

A spring-loaded RTD sen­sor with con­nec­tion head, designed to main­tain con­stant con­tact between the sens­ing ele­ment and the bot­tom of the ther­mow­ell. This helps improve mea­sure­ment accu­ra­cy and reli­a­bil­i­ty, par­tic­u­lar­ly in appli­ca­tions sub­ject to vibra­tion or ther­mal cycling.

RTD Spring Loaded Sensor with Extension

This spring-loaded RTD sen­sor incor­po­rates an exten­sion to improve ther­mal iso­la­tion and instal­la­tion flex­i­bil­i­ty. It is intend­ed for use with ther­mow­ells where con­sis­tent sen­sor con­tact is essen­tial, deliv­er­ing reli­able per­for­mance in demand­ing indus­tri­al applications.

RTD Air Sensor

An RTD sen­sor designed specif­i­cal­ly for mea­sur­ing air tem­per­a­ture in ambi­ent or duct­ed envi­ron­ments. Com­mon­ly used in HVAC, envi­ron­men­tal mon­i­tor­ing, and con­trol sys­tems, its com­pact design allows for straight­for­ward instal­la­tion while main­tain­ing accu­rate and sta­ble measurements.

RTD Pipe Clamp Sensor

A non-inva­sive RTD sen­sor designed to clamp direct­ly onto the out­side of a pipe, allow­ing tem­per­a­ture mea­sure­ment with­out process pen­e­tra­tion. This makes it ide­al for retro­fit instal­la­tions or appli­ca­tions where process inter­rup­tion must be avoided.
