Weld-mounted thermowells offering maximum strength and long-term durability in pressurised systems.

Weld-in ther­mow­ells are per­ma­nent­ly attached to the pipe or ves­sel wall, pro­vid­ing a per­ma­nent process con­nec­tion. Leak integri­ty and suit­abil­i­ty for high pres­sure, flow veloc­i­ty or vibra­tion depend on the com­plete design, weld­ing, inspec­tion and oper­at­ing con­di­tions. Avail­able in car­bon steel, stain­less steel, Duplex, and nick­el alloys includ­ing Inconel® and Hastel­loy® to suit the most demand­ing process conditions.

A sol­id drilled weld-in ther­mow­ell designed for per­ma­nent instal­la­tion into pipework or ves­sels. It pro­vides excel­lent mechan­i­cal strength and process integri­ty, mak­ing it suit­able for high-pres­sure and high-tem­per­a­ture appli­ca­tions where long-term reli­a­bil­i­ty is required.
