RTD assemblies with weld-in thermowells delivering maximum mechanical strength and long-term reliability in high-pressure or high-velocity applications.

Weld-in ther­mow­ells are per­ma­nent­ly attached to the pipe or ves­sel wall, pro­vid­ing a per­ma­nent process con­nec­tion. Leak integri­ty and mechan­i­cal strength depend on the design, mate­r­i­al, weld­ing, inspec­tion and oper­at­ing con­di­tions. Ide­al for high-pres­sure, high-veloc­i­ty flow, or high-vibra­tion envi­ron­ments such as pow­er gen­er­a­tion, oil & gas, and chem­i­cal pro­cess­ing, they are avail­able in a range of mate­ri­als includ­ing car­bon steel, stain­less steel, and Duplex alloys. ATEX, IECEx, and UKEX approvals are avail­able, with all assem­blies man­u­fac­tured to your specification.
