Designed for installation within thermowells or protective pockets, RTD inserts are spring-loaded replacement sensing elements that allow quick and simple sensor exchange without disturbing process connections. Each insert can be supplied with Pt100 or Pt1000 elements, in a range of wiring configurations, accuracies, and terminations. Suitable for operating temperatures from –196°C to +650°C, they provide long-term reliability and consistent performance across industrial and process environments.
