Flanged Level Float Switches
Approvals
Robust level switches with flanged fittings for dependable liquid level detection.
Flanged float switches provide a bolted, pressure-rated connection for level detection in tanks and vessels operating under pressure, where a threaded fitting is not suitable. Available with 1 to 4 floats on a single stem, with ANSI ratings from 150lb to 1500lb in RF, FF, and RTJ face types, and ATEX, IECEx, and UKEX approvals.

Customisation Options
Each level float switch can be tailored to your application — from stem length and mounting type to switch configuration and material selection, ensuring reliable performance in any process environment.
Flanged Level Float Switch - 1 Float
A single float on a flanged stem for point level detection in pressurised tanks and vessels — commonly specified for high-level alarms, low-level cut-outs, or pump protection where a single trip point is all that’s required.

Flanged Level Float Switch - 2 Floats
Two floats on a single flanged stem, typically used for pump start/stop control or paired high/low alarms — delivering two independent switching points through one tank penetration rather than two.

Flanged Level Float Switch - 3 Floats
Three independent switching points on a single stem, well suited to low / high / high-high alarm schemes or three-stage pump sequencing — giving fuller level coverage without multiplying flange penetrations or compromising vessel integrity.

Flanged Level Float Switch - 4 Floats
Four switching points on a single flanged stem, designed for full fill-and-empty automation, redundant alarm tiers, or duty/standby pump control — consolidating complex level logic into one assembly.
