The TCS701 is a surface mounted thermocouple pipe clamp sensor.
The TCS701 temperature sensor is available as a type E, type J, type K, type N or type T thermocouple in simplex, duplex or triplex configuration. The probe can specified with either an isolated, grounded or exposed sensor junction.
This thermocouple assembly is available with an aluminium, stainless steel or plastic connection head which has a M20 x 1.5 cable entry. The sensor can be terminated with a ceramic terminal block, 4 to 20 mA transmitter or supplied with tails. There is also an option to specify loop powered or battery powered indicator.
The TCS701 RTD temperature sensor is available with optional ATEX Exia (intrinsically safe), ATEX Exd (flameproof) or IECEx Exd (flameproof) hazardous area approval for use within Zones 0, 1, 2, 20, 21 and 22.
The temperature measurement accuracy of this sensor is further improved when combined with one of our insulation pipe jackets.
