The HTW101 solid drilled RJT (ring joint type) hygienic thermowell is suited to applications involving high pressure and flow rates. This style of thermowell is manufactured from solid bar-stock to ensure strength and integrity and is available in 316 stainless steel.

The HTW101 thermowell is available with either a parallel or tapered stem profile and has a wide variety of RJT process connections available. The instrument connection can be specified with a BSPP, BSPT or NPT thread which allows for easy installation of an RTD or Thermocouple temperature sensor.

In order to determine or prove the suitability and required dimensions of a thermowell based on the process conditions, we offer wake frequency calculations as per ASME PTC 19.3 TW-2016. In addition there are a number of other certification and testing services available including 3.1 material certificates, pressure testing and positive material identification (PMI).
