Our FTW210 Solid Drilled Flanged Thermowell features coated wetted parts for temperature measurement in aggressive and extreme environments. The heavy-duty design is manufactured from solid bar-stock to ensure strength and integrity.

The FTW210 thermowell features a parallel stem profile and has a wide variety of flange sizes and ratings available including RF, FF, and RTJ configurations. The coated wetted parts can be coated in FEP or Tantalum and include the flange face and stem profile.

This style of thermowell is available with a seal or full penetration welded flange, or for ultimate strength machined as a one-piece forging. The instrument connection can be specified with a BSPP, BSPT or NPT thread which allows for easy installation of an RTD or Thermocouple temperature sensor.

The coated FTW210 flanged thermowell is available in a wide selection of materials including 316 stainless steel, Alloy C276 (Hastelloy®), Alloy 400 (Monel®) and Alloy 600 (Inconel®).

There are a number of certification and testing services available including 3.1 material certificates, dye penetrant testing, positive material identification (PMI) and radiographic inspection (X-Ray).
