RTD Sensor with Solid Drilled Flanged Thermowell & Coating

The RFA210 is a temperature assembly combining a spring loaded RTD sensor with a solid drilled flanged thermowell with coated wetted parts. The heavy duty design is manufactured from solid bar-stock to ensure strength and integrity.
The RFA210 spring loaded temperature sensor is available as a 2, 3 or 4 wire Pt100 or Pt1000 in either simplex, duplex or triplex configuration. The accuracy class can be selected from 1/10 DIN, 1/5 DIN, 1/3 DIN, class A or class B.
This RTD assembly is available with an aluminium, stainless steel or plastic connection head which has a M20 x 1.5 cable entry. The sensor can be terminated with a ceramic terminal block, 4 to 20 mA transmitter or supplied with tails. There is also an option to specify a loop powered or battery powered indicator.
The RFA210 thermowell features a parallel stem profile and has wide variety of flange sizes and ratings available including RF, FF and RTJ configurations. The coated wetted parts can be coated in FEP or Tantalum and include the flange face and stem profile.
This style of thermowell is available with a seal or full penetration welded flange, or for ultimate strength machined as a one-piece forging.
The solid drilled flanged thermowell is available in a wide selection of materials including 316 stainless steel, Alloy C276 (Hastelloy®), Alloy 400 (Monel®) and Alloy 600 (Inconel®).
There are a number of certification and testing services available including 3.1 material certificates, dye penetrant testing, positive material identification (PMI) and radiographic inspection (X-Ray).
The RFA210 RTD temperature sensor assembly is additionally available with ATEX Exia, IECEx Exia, UKEX Exia (intrinsically safe), ATEX Exd, IECEx Exd or UKEX Exd (flameproof) hazardous area approval for use within Zones 0, 1, 2, 20, 21 and 22.
