RTD Sensor with Fabricated DIN 11851 Hygienic Thermowell

The RHA525 is a hygienic temperature assembly combining a spring loaded RTD sensor and fabricated DIN 11851 thermowell. The RHA525 is designed for light to medium process conditions.

The RHA525 temperature sensor is available as a 2, 3 or 4 wire Pt100 or Pt1000 in either simplex, duplex or triplex configuration. The accuracy class can be selected from 1/10 DIN, 1/5 DIN, 1/3 DIN, class A or class B.

This hygienic RTD assembly is available with an aluminium, stainless steel or plastic connection head which has a M20 x 1.5 cable entry. The sensor can be terminated with a ceramic terminal block, 4 to 20 mA transmitter or supplied with tails. There is also an option to specify loop powered or battery powered indicator.

The RHA525 hygienic thermowell features a parallel stem profile and has wide variety of process thread connections available.

There are a number of optional certification and testing services available including 3.1 material certificates to ensure full traceability, pressure testing and positive material identification (PMI).

The RHA525 hygienic RTD clamp temperature sensor is additionally available with ATEX Exia, IECEx Exia, UKEX Exia (intrinsically safe), ATEX Exd, IECEx Exd or UKEX Exd (flameproof) hazardous area approval for use within Zones 0, 1, 2, 20, 21 and 22.
