Radiographic inspection is a non-destructive testing method which uses x-rays or gamma rays to examine the internal structure of a manufactured component to identify any flaws or defects.
Radiographic inspection (x-ray) is optionally available on thermowells in order to check the bore concentricity, or to check the quality of full penetration welds on flanged thermowells.
Our radiographic inspection services are available through one of our approved local inspection laboratories.
