Type 16 Connection Head

The Type 16 connection head is manufactured from aluminium and is weatherproof to IP68. The hinged lid is secured via a single screw and allows for easy access to the temperature sensor and termination.
The Type 16 connection head is available with a single M20 x 1.5 cable entry and can accommodate a temperature sensor through either the M24 x 1.5 or 1/2" BSPP probe entry. The housing can be fitted with either a DIN standard terminal block or temperature transmitter.
This housing can sometimes be known as a BUZ or DANA connection head.
